HOW IT WORKS

 To initiate your journey with Monster Mortgages, start by submitting your inquiry. You can do this by completing the 'Contact Us' form on our website. 

Once we receive your initial inquiry, we will schedule a discussion to understand your goals, whether it's purchasing a home, refinancing, or reviewing insurance needs. We will assess your circumstances, including your deposit status and financial details. At this stage, we will address any initial queries you may have and offer preliminary advice and guidance. 

 Once your requirements and circumstances have been established, we will then search the market to find the best mortgage or insurance deals that are most suitable to you.  

 You will be able to review the quotes and options available and we will be able to provide you with a Decision in Principle. 

A Decision in Principle this is something you will need if you are wanting to put in an offer on a property as it’s proof that, in principle, you are able to get the mortgage you need to purchase the property.   Once you have agreed on the most suitable mortgage product or insurance policy, we will then go through all the relevant paperwork with you over the phone, answering any further questions you may have at this stage before submitting your application to the lender or insurer.

 Once your application has been submitted to the lender or insurer, we will process your application through to offer and completion as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 

Monster Mortgages will deal with everything on your behalf from sending documents to the lender, updating your estate agent and working with the solicitors all whilst ensuring you are fully updated on the progress of your application right through to the completion of your mortgage or the day your insurance policy goes live.
