Hi, I'm Stephen Lambert, founder of Monster Mortgages.
After more than 20 years working in financial services, I launched Monster Mortgages with one simple aim: to make mortgage and protection advice easier to understand.
Throughout my career I've worked in a variety of customer-facing and leadership roles, helping people make important financial decisions. Those experiences taught me that great advice isn't about using complicated language or making the process feel intimidating—it's about listening, understanding your circumstances and explaining your options clearly.
I'm a qualified CeMAP adviser, allowing me to advise on mortgages and protection, and I'm committed to providing advice that is honest, straightforward and centred around what's right for each individual client.
Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, reviewing your mortgage or protecting your family, my goal is to make sure you understand your options and feel supported throughout your journey.
